(From Our Own Correspondent.) Ideal weather is being experienced. The rainfall for January was .036 in, for .February 1.064iti. The total rainfall for 1907 was 65.£68111, while for 1906 it was 63.399 in. Technical classes commcncc here on Monday. 16th. The classes to be conducted are dressmaking. English, arithmetic, bookkeeping, and art classes. The Apiti Show is to bo held oil April 11th. Mr Venablcs, of Table Flat, has disposed of his property to Mr E. Miller, of Apiti. Miss Frankin, the newly-appointed assistant at the local school, commenced duty last week.
