The Hospital Fete.

The doll stall at the Hospital Garden Fete on Wednesday will carry a very large stock. It will be under the supervision of Mesdames Cohen and Essex. C. Freeth, C. K Clausen, E. •N. Barraud, 10s each ; F. Arbon (Pohangina), F. W. Bunting, J. Hurley, C. E. Waldegrave, O. Gardner, J. T. Lang, J. H. Hammond (Bainesse), W. Keeling, W. Of this sum £13 9s 6d has been expended on dolls, (material for dressing and freight, leaving a balance of £15 Is Od. Mrs Essex also wishes to acknowledge receipt of the following articles: — Parcel of china vases, unknown donor; large hand-painted floral and butterfly design, to hold photographs, Sisters of the Convent. Mr Coles, of Piano Lane, has offered a piano for the Dramatic Society and the use of his specially constructed cart to place Mr Bittelmeyer's electrical machinery in position. In connection with the Bradley gig which is to be raffled,the sale of tickets will be stopped when sufficient have been sold to cover the value of the gig.
