Cossacks Dissatisfied.

ST. PETERSBURG, Aug. 22. ■ A thousand Cossacks have %igrated to Turkey. In one instance 300 threw down their carbines on parade, saying it was no part of their duties to act as police. Already they had done too much dirty work.
