Pie —How much longer arc the Borough Council goinji to delay attending lo Plague Creek ? The summer is upon U', but nothing lms been done although there has been plenty of talk. I notice a new footpath is being made in front of Cr. Pnngle's bouse, in Duke street. This work could well stand over until the health of lhe residents is attended to. —I am, etc., ' ■
