Wairarapa Farmers' Association.

Masteoton, Wednesday. The annual meeting of shareholders in the Wairarapa Farmers' Co-operative Association was held to-day. The report and balance-sheet showed thatthe year's operations had been most successful. Thop- ireotors recommended the following allocations, which was adopted:—Payment of divide _ at tho rate of G per cent; bonus on capii. I, 3 per cent.; bonus on shareholders' purchases, 3 per cent.; bonus to employees on then* salaries, 3 per cent.; a bonus to the heads of those departments which have shown a substantial increase of trade during the year, and to carry £1017 to the reserve so as to make it ah even sum of £10,000. After paying the Government tax and honorarium to Directors there will remain a sum of £6000 to be carried forward to next year's profit and loss account The Directors, Messrs Q. Williams, C. B. Pharazyn, and A. W. Cave, who retired by rotation, were re-elected unopposed.
