MILK SUPPLIERS.
(TO TnE 8P1T02.) ' Sin, —'iho want of unity among the milk suppliers in this district mnst havo a disastrous effect in tho neur future both for the price thoy will receive for their butter fat and the respect and attention due to them from tho firms which they are supplying. As a supplier, the manner in which we hold our meetings without a chairman or any form of order eaunol havo the desired effcot of building up the unity I should ao much like to see; also, our personal knowledge of the value of our butter fat in the Homo market is only guessed at or received second hand from the different firms throughout the colony. A. to any verbal promises *. Jiieh may hay- been'misunderstood, in falure it is to be hoped we shall at least pull together for tho bonofit of all ebneerned. —I am, <S*c,
Ashhubst.
