Unfortunately R. & Abraham is -unable to play in ihe Wanganui ma-oh on account of the A. and P". Association meeting aj_d P. Sim is away from town. It ia not yet known whether the Wanganui golfers will bo able to muster over 8 players. It has been arranged for both teams to drive down to tho iinksassoon as possible nfter arrival of the train and luncheon will be provided nt tbo " Golf House," so that an early start can be made, it possible foursomes will be held when the singles aro finished. In the foursome competition for next Wednesday the following additional entries have been received !—G. Pharazyn with MiBB Slack, A. Strang with Miss Eth<d Abra. ham. In the championship for men tho semi-Snals have been been played A. Strang beat C. J. Munro 3 up to play, R. Stowe beat E. Hopkins, 4 up and"2 to play.
