The Referees' Association mot last night, when there was a good attendance of members. Messrs E. Nash and W. Robinson wore elected members. It was.decided to forward the names of tho Rev C. C. Harper and Mr C. H. Warden to tho N.Z. Rugby Union, as being members competent to control interunion -latches. BOGIIY .It* lON. The Management Committee of tho Manawatu Rugby Union mot last night. An application from tho Oroua Bridge club for tho transfer of K. Puki a".d .Simi-oi'd* from senior to junior was considered. Tho transfer of Simmonds was granted, but Puki's application wts reserved for further consideration. It was decided to suggest tho following dates for inter-uuion matches, to the various unions interes'ed: —

Wanganui, at "Wunganui, o-i 2,.d August, and at Palmerston on: soul* Wednesday or Saturday late in August, or early in September.

Horowhonua, at Palmewton, oi 16-.li August.

Wellington, at Wellington, on tho day fixed for Coronation celebration.-.

Tho Now Zealand Rugby Union tonight appointed a S»lection Committee for tho North v South Island'match, fixed to be played at Wellington on September 13th. The South Island selections will bo Messrs F. T. Evaos (Christchuroh), H. Harris (Otago), and R.Galbraiih (Southland,) North Island—Messrs T. Ellison (Wellington), R. J. Hallamore (Napier), and J.
