The House resumen at 7.30 p.m. The discussion on the Patea Harbour Bill was continued at great length, the finance of Harbour Boards generally being reviewed. Finally the Bill was read a second time on the voices. A DUNEDIN BILL. Mr Millar moved the sesond reading of the Dunedin City and Suburban Tramways Act Amendment Bill. This caused another long debate, the Bill being strongly opposed. The discussion was eventually interrupted' by the 10.30 p.m. adjournment, and the House rose.:
