CHINESE INDEMNITY.

■ - London, July 26. Russia has withdrawn the suggestion that Chinese Customs duties shculd be increased, and generally accepts the British proposals. If the revenues allocated for the purpose prove insufficient to pay the indemnity, the question of increasing it will be reopened.
