The Daily Telegraph states a thousand German troops in April seized three thousand square miles of the Congo Free State territory, adjoining German East Africa, extending to the Rusizi River, and north of Lake River. Germany alleges that the Congo Js frontier is based on erroneous maps. An inquiry in regard t* the disputed boundary is proceeding.
