(From our own correspondent.) The annual general meeting of share - holders of the Bunnythorpe Public Hall Co., (Limited), was held in the hall last night. The report and balance sheet were read and adopted. A dividend of 5 per cent In all fully paid up shares was declared and is now payable at the Secretary's office. A bonus of £2 was voted the secretary in addition to his usual commission, which latter, by the may, is very small. Votes of thanks to the Chairman, Secretary, and Auditor were passed. The three retiring direc tors were re-elected, and Mr G. H. Espined was re-elected chairman for the ensuing year. The directors decided to let the hall free of charge to Messrs Leary and Hankins for their meeting next Monday on behalf of the more men fund, and will assist the movement to the best of their ability.
