. , (by.. telegraph. ) [united pbess associaticn.l ....-• Gbeymouth, July 15The body of a newly-born child was found this morning m High«street, south of Sayer'B Creek bridge, alongside the road, wrapped m calico and brown paper, with four half-crowns tied m the corner of the calico. The evidence showed that the child was born alive, and probably died from neglect, the umbilical cord being cut with a blunt instrument, and, not having been tied. Hemmorhage caused death. The jury returned a virdict accordingly.
