Jan. 16. A meeting of the Land Board was held on Monday. The board was requested to determine how the following lands, licenses over which expire on February 29ih next, shall be dea't with :
Section 25, block 111. and 21 block VII, Manintoto district—Resolved to grant a license for three years unJer section 219 at fc'B per annum rental, subject to approval of the 0 ovarii or.
Section 13. block X, Naseby.—To be granted three years' license under sejtion 219 at 6d per acre, subject to Governor's approval. Small crazing run sections 1, block VIII, 1, block X, and 3 block XI, Domet district, 1, block X, anrl 2 block XIII, Kyeburu district, and 2 block I, Kakanui, and run 17a, recommended to tie ottered on pastoral license, tor 14 years an an upset of £IOO per annum. The board is sitting from day to day during the week considering cases that have eomc before them underthe Pastoral Tenants' Relii-f Hill of last session, but the whole of proceedings connected with these applical ions are in committee and not open to the press.
