Neglecting to give written notice to police of his having shot a pig upon his land. "Fined 10s. Dillon v. Toomy.—Claim for £ll ,10s. .Dismissed. FTalpin v.-'J'alty.—Claim £3 10 s., value of a, pig, property of plaintiff, shot by defendant. For the defence it was shown" that the pig had been shot in the act of trespass. Case dismissed. M 'Connaeliie v.-William Smith. —Claim, £l4 15s 3d. Judgment for amount claimed, and costs 19s. Keenan and Morgan v Mill. Claim £l3 Is. 2d Judgment for -amount claimed, and costs 16s. Hill v. D. M'P upon .a-Jirll: of exchange £9 ISs. No appearance of defendant. The Chairman mentioned that a notice, purporting to be signed by the defendant, had been received.
