(Before H. W. Robinson, Esq., KM.) Francis v. William SnelL —Claim, £5 6s 6d, for meat supplied. Judgment for the amount claimed with costs 13a. October 5. Webb t. John Price.—Claim, £ll 5s for wages. Judgment for the amount claimed, with 19s costs and 2ls. professional eosis, to be paid by instalments of £ I per week into Court every Friday, until the wholo amount be paid. October 7. Police v. Sullivan.—This was a remand case, accused having been brought up last week charged with an attempt to commit suicide at Hyde. Discharged ; but required to enter into recognisance to keep the peace for six months, and remanded for three days further for that purpose.
