GISBORNE WOMAN’S DEATH.
OPEN VERDICT RETURNED
Gisborne, November 3,
At an inquest concerning the death of Kathleen Maud Jane, aged 24, a single woman, who had been missing since September 28, and'whose body was found in the harbour yesterday, evidence was given that she had left home for the offilce in the morning, and later was seen on the breakwater, from which she disappeared. No reason was disclosed for the change from her usual routine. The coroner returned an open verdict.
