BRETHREN GATHERING
Special meetings were held all day yesterday by the Brethren in the Library Hall when a large number of visitors from Masterton, Wellington, AVfanganui and elsewhere were present. The attendance was so large that special catering arrangements had to be made, Mrs -J. Walls handling this side- of the activities in the Town Hall supper-room. The preacher in the evening was Mr Carl Armerding, from America, who delivei’ed a splendid address which was much appreciated by the large congregation. In Saturday’s issue it was advertised that Mr Armerding would conduct the services of Sunday,. October 28th. This should have been Sunday the 21st, and those interested are requested to note this altex’ation.
