SCHOOL SHOP DAY.
SATURDAY NEXT. Saturday’s school shop day promises to be a record success if the enthusiasm of the boys and girls is any criterion. The shop will be erected next to Mr Grotty’s business premises in Main Street and the articles for sale will consist of cakes, jam, vegetables, ete., etc. Then there will be competitions for various prizes. Donations and gifts will be thankfully received by the secretary, Mr. Roore, or may be left, at the shop on Saturday morning.
