FUEEER’S PICTURES.

“NEPTUNE’S DAUGHTER.”

“Neptune’s Daughter,” the spectacular picture production, starring Annette Kellerman, will be seen at the Town Hall to-night. The story of “ Neptune’s Daughter” deals with the laud of make-believe, continuing for over two hours, with beautiful and thrilling scenes, while the story unfolds a tale of absorbing interest. Our own Annette Kellerman, who enacts the leading role, is recognised as the world’s greatest swimming and diving expert. She is also recognised as possessing an absolutely perfect figure, the measurements of which correspond with Venus of Immortal fame. In this drama, Miss Kellerman performs feats that seem humanly impossible and would be deemed incredible were it not fo: the evidence of our own eyes. WEDNESDAY & THURSDAY. The star film for Wednesday and Thursday is, “A Siren of Corsica.” Here is a play that stirs every emotion and retains its grip on an audience to the very last second. The end is probably one of the most exciting finishes to a play that has been shown in the past decade. Other pictures of interest are : “Gussle’s Wayward Path,” an amazingly funny Keystone, featuring Syd. Chaplin ; “Conference of the French and British Ministers of War,” interest; “The Terror ot the Mountains,” drama ; “Fatty’s Sweetheart,” comedy ; and “The Pathe Gazette,” topical.
