E. T. Young, Attorney-General in the State of Minnesota, in defiance of an injunction of the United States District Court of St. Paul, attempted to enforce under the State law a reduction in railroad freights. Thereupon he was fined for contempt. He refused to pay the fine, being remanded in custody. He appeals to the United States Supreme Court. Berlin, October 22.
