PROHIBITION ORDERS, An order was made forbidding all licensed persons in the districts of Palmerston North, Longburn and Foxton supplying Edmund Battersby with intoxicating liquor for 12 months. A similar order was granted against C. P. Nelson in the districts of Foxton, Palmerston North, Longburn, Shannon and Levin. CIVIL. J. T. Ray v. T. Edwards and Tewaua Arapera. — Claim £2 16s 6d. Adjourned to 19th January. Thomas Westwood v. Edmund Battersby, for possession of a tenement. Settled out of Court. Foxton Borough Council v. Marton Borough Council. — Claim £2 8s Bd. Adjourned to 19th January. E. Osborne v. P. Dudson. — Claim £2 2s B|d. Judgment by default. __ Same v. Rore Heta. — Claim £2 ss. •►judgment by default. J. E. Barham v. T. Wakefield.— Claim £2 Bs. Judgment by default. William Reeve v. William Wakefield. — Claim £20, or the return of a horse. Application was made for a change of venue to Palmerston North, — which was granted.
