Commenting on the Russo-Germpn economic agreement. tho Petit Parisien says the Bolsheviks count upon driving tho Poles out of the Dantzig corridor, and then in tho proposed peace .negotiations would insist upon the admission of Germany to the conference. The Bolsheviks would seek to obtain tho restoration of the Russo-German frontier^ the suppression of the border States, and even demand tho restoration of the German colonies.

The Matin doubts whether Britain will send military aid to Poland. It believes that the French troops now near the theatre of war ma.v bo ordered to co-operato for tho defence of Poland.

M. Padercwski, interviewed, complained bitterly that Poland' wnis being abandoned by everybody except France. *
