[Pkess Association.] LONDON, Aug. 3., In the Houtee of Commons, Mr Chamberlain, replying to a question, said that in a case where a preference shareholder in a colonial company "received a dividend from a fund which had borne Dominion income tax, and he was liable to pay the United Kingdom tax in respect to that dividend, a claim was admitted to relief from the double tax. He had undertaken to look into the matter again. A body, identified as that of Richard Henry Manning, with the head almost severed, has been discovered near Chatham. It is beliey-> ed that Manning came/ from Australia seeking work. ' English dolls and numerous otherexhibits will be taken to the Dominions in 1922.
