SYDNEY, July 14, A compulsory conference of Broken Hill strikers and owners agreed to submit the dispute to an independent tribunal, and bound themselves' to abide by the tribunal's decision. PERTH, July 14. The Typographical Union decided to support the Civil Service strikers to,the extent of declaring Federal and State printing "black." MELBOURNE, July 14.
The Assembly negatived a motion, providing for the abolition of the' State Governorship.
