SYDNEY, April 7. The hearing of the action in which Mr Wade, the owner of the racehorse Estland, is claiming £7000 from the Rosehill Racecourse Company on the grounds of alleged negligence has commenced.

The evidence stated that the horse was training on the Rnsehill course when he ' fell and broke his back through putting his foot in a rabbitburrow.
