HAVELOCK SPORTS.

Our Haveloek correspondent writes: — ■ The Sports Club were favored with a glorious day for their Easter Monday meeting, and a record number of spectators were present. It was also very pleasing and encouraging to the club to see such a number of visiting competitors taking part in the various events. The tracks were in excellent order, and the ground, presented quite a gay appearance with a general display of bunting. The club deserves credit for.the prompt way the events were got off, there being no waste of time. The dance in the evening was also a great success, and the club hope next year to put on a .still more attractive programme. Following are the results: — 100 yds.
