THE TURF. SOUTH CANTERBURY RESULTS
(.Press Association.! TIMARU, Nov. 21. The South Canterbury Jockey Club's spring meeting was continued to-day in fine weather. There was a large attendance. The track was heavy, owing to rain overnight. Results:—
Levels Hurdles: San Sebastian (11.8) 1, Jack Symons (9.13) 2 Golden Prince (11.6) 3. All started. Won by six lengths. Time, 2min 49 3-ssec. Juvenile Handicap: Some Kid (9.9) 1, Foo Chow (8.8) 2, Miss Camouflage (7.7) 3. All started. Won by half a length. Time, lmin 4 3-ssec. South Canterbury Handicap: St. Winnow (7.8) 1, Gamecock (8.1) 2, John Barleycorn (7.7) 3. Scratched: Burrangong and Subterfuge. Won by four lengths. Time, lmin 45sec
