Any person entering a protest in any "of the events ' shall deposit £2 with tiho secretary within 10 minutes after the trace is run, and if such objection be not sustained the deposit shall be absolutely forfeited. Attention is drawn to the following amendments to Rules and Regulations re Trots: — (1) Re Protests: Protests must be lodged within 10 (ten) minutes after tho naco. (2) The Provident Fund fee of-£l in respect of each trotting horse must be paid to the Association before nomination, otherwise a fine of £5 will be imposed (3) Eveiry person applying for admission to any coiu'se, and every person entering or endeavoring to enter a horse -for any race, and; every person having or subsequently acquiring any interest in such horse, shall be deemed to accept all the conditions and restrictions imposed or implied by these Tulos, and to be barred from questioning the action of tho Conference.
