PEKIN. Nov. 18. The Anfu group, which is opposing CHn-Zun-Pong's Cabinet appointments, has finally agreed to accept them, with the exception of the Minister for Finance.
The Premier has stopped all the Anfu subsidies, affecting eighteen Pokin newspapers and causing dissension in the Anfu ranks, some elen^ents claiming that the party is becoming unpopular as a result of its unnecessary political obstructions. A student at Peizang University objected to an American professor, claiming that he was incompetent. A strike developed, resulting in the resignation of the Dean of the University.
