lIMOSYNCRACY OF THE HEART,

AUCKLAND, Nov. 20. A young woman named Edith Katherine Philson died under an anaesthetic iii a private hospital while undergoing an operation for appendicitis. The medical evidence at, the inquest was that death was caused by idiosyncracy of the heart, that rendered the patient liable, to ether-poisoning. A verdict was returned accordingly.
