(Reuters Telegrams.) COPENHAGEN, Nov. 16. All the German regular troops f^ave evacuated Lithuania. The Lithuanians in the Selati district severely defeated Bermondt's tioops. The Letts, wlio firmly _ hold west Courland, are now menacing the Germans in :nid Courland. . ■ i The Letts attacked the Bolsheviks on the Dvinsk railway 190 kilometres from Riga and drove back the enemy to Slovada. They blew up the railway behind the Bolsheviks, wrecked ar. armored train, and captured two heavy guns.
