A manifesto lias been issued by Cardinal' Logue and the CatholicHierarchy urging the clergy to exhort the people to.beware of danger-, ous associations and to shun, niovements not in accordance with vJathelic teaching and doctrine, condemning all organisations plotting against the-Church or constituted .•nthonty, and reminding priests that it is forbidden to talk about politics and kindred subiects in churches.
