President Wilson has declared an ■embargo on the export of arms ond ammunition to Mexico as tho outcome of the Governrnonfe's recognition of Carranzti.
Cennan-Amoricsj-ris are demanding that there ought also to be an 'embargo on exportation.to tho Allies. The press points out that tho two 'Cases are radically different, its Carrar.zn. is still able to secure arms and ammunition because he is recognised as the hetid of tho Mexican Government.
