(Received Jan. 13, 11.15 p.m.) Jan. 13. Five British, army doctors have been released after five months' captivity at Magdeburg. They include Ih-. Austin and Dr. Elliott, of the Red Cross Corp©, who were arrested in Belgium, where they intended to establish a hospital, court-martialled for espionage, arid sent to Cologne, where, after a fortnight of solitary confinement, they were re-tried several times and sent to Torge. They were subjected to insolent treatment and poorly fed.
