Tlie Times urges the Government to reconsider its .refusal,-of information, and says that the Empire is in no .temper to figlit behind a veil of mystery. *'1t is a novel, remarkable, and ireally extravagant theory that a-great democracy like ours, linked with the valiant self-governing Dominions, should be asked to fight in a war for existence without being told what the Government is about?'
