ATLANTIC CABLES.
(Received June 20, 10.10 a.m.) MELBOURNE, June 20. Commenting on the' Atlantic cable motion Senator Findlay, Acting-Post-master-General, said that a subsidiary conference regarding the cable charges was still considered necessary by the Commonwealth, though Britain thought it unnecessary because the charges had been reduced since the subsidiary conference was suggested at coronation time.
