DESERTED HUSBAND.
MARRIAGE AND DIVORCE,
[ Press Association.] (Received June 18, 8.25 p.m.) SYDNEY, June 18. Carl Howard Irving was granted a decree nisi for dissolution of his marriage on the ground of desertion. The evidence showed that in 1908, when & dental student, Irving, married a New Zealand girl, who was a student at the Garcia School of Music. Two days later his wife departed for New Zealand, promising to return and have the ceremony performed again if her father consented. .-XI On her failing to return, he visited New Zealand, and his wife informed hi.n that she never intended to live wi.h him. -*
