A BRILLIANT ASSEMBLAGE
(Received June 18, 0.20 p.m.) LONDON, June 17. At Ascot there was a brilliant assemblage. Their Majesties drove in semi-state from Windsor, and many other Royalties were present.
Every effort was made to avoid a suffragette disturbance, and the officials reserved the right to question any visitors to the enclosures.
Louvois won tl?e Prince of Wales Stakes, Tetrarch the Coventry Stakes, Rivoli the Ascot Stakes, and Shogun the Gold Vase.
