A FRACTIOUS RACEHORSE.

AUCKLAND, June 14. At Buckland and Son's ealeyards yesterday the racehorse Luperin, which was being exercised for the benefit of buyers, became fractious and knocked down six men, # three of whom were more or less seriously injured. It struck William Patterson, a.n elderly man, with its front feet, and threw him on the ground, where he was trampled upon. John Delaney and J. Winters were also badly hurt. The two latter were removed to the hospital. It is feai^ed that Patterson lms been injured internally. "Delaney's injuries are not serious.
