[press association.} (Received Aug. 18, 5.5 p.m.) LONDON, Aug. 17. i The Daily Mail publishes a display article headed "Great Rush' to Australia," in which it declares that it is impossible for intending emigrants to book passages before December. The New South Wales emigration officer states that the position is so serious that the question of asking the British Government to lend, transports is being considered.
