OFFER FROM THE ADMIRALTY.

[pbess association! (Received Aug. 16, 11.10 p.m.) LONDON, Aug. 16. The Admiralty, requiring before the end of March an additional ten thousand men, invited seamen and stokers becoming entitled to pensions to re-engage for a further five years, receiving the usual pay besides their pensions. It also invites special service seaman and stokers completing their five years afloat to reengage for three years, with a corresponding reduction in their seven years> service in the reserve.
