[pbess association.! (Received Aug. 16, 10.20 p.m.) ROME, Aug. 16. Further particulars regarding the i disaster on the -Fresnay glacier state that Mr Jones and his wife were on their honeymoon. They were roped with'a guide, Dr iPreuss, a Germany who was directing their course, not being roped. The accident was due to a rock, to which the guide was fixed, becoming detached and-crushing the guide. The rope caught another rock and broke; otherwise all would have been ■•aved.
