REPUBLICAN FORECAST OF THE VOTING.
NO CHANCE FOR ROOSEVELT,
[rRISS ASSOCIATION.] (Received Aug. 16, 11.10 p.m.) NEW YQRK, Aug. 16. / Mr HiileSj Chairman of the Republican National Committee, forecasts that in the Presidential campaign 54 States, with an electoral vote of 885, will vote for the Republicans, as against 10 States, with 114 votes, favoring tho Democrats. Four States are doubtful.
No State, Mr Hilles says, is in accord with the Rooseveltians.
