RACE WAR IN AMERICAN TOWN.
A negro who insulted a white woman at Muskogee, in J>klahoma, precipitated a serious outbreak of hostilities between the whites and blacks. In a conflict two persons were killed and several; injured. As a result of the disturbance martial law has been proclaimed.
