A PLEA FOR HOME RULE

Mr Redmond, in an article in Reynolds' newspaper, cites the granting of autonomy to Alsace Lorraine, also the existence of Germany's 25 autonomous States,.., and adds that our own Colonial experience, especially the latest instance in South Africa, has convinced him that the time was near when the successful working of Home Rule for Ireland would be taken as a matter of course. ■ .
