Penalties.—Flat Races: The winner of any flat race after declaration of weights to carry a penalty of 71bs. j and of any additional race or races a further penalty of 51bs. Definition of a Hack.—A Hack is a horse that has not won a race of the value of 100 soys., or races of the collective value of 250 soys. up to the date of nomination. Weights for First Day's Races declared on or about SATURDAY, 22nd April. Acceptances for First Day's Races close at the Secretary's office FRIDAY, 28th April.
