(Received March 9, 2.10 p.m.) MELBOURNE, March 9. The raced have been further postponed until Saturday, Monday, and Wednesday. Tropical rains have made the course impossible, a thing unprecedented. The &teepboh.ase course is unsafe, and the lawns, carriage paddocks, and Hat submerged.
