BREACHES OF ORDERS

At the Magistrate's Court to-day, Robert Gibson pleaded guilty to being drunk and with procuring liquor I during the currency of a prohibition 1 oider. His Worship convicted the accused ana fined him 10s, in default two days in Picton gaol, for the first offence^ and for the second £2 and 7s costs, a -fortnight being given to pay the fine. Thomas Brantpn was similarly and pleaded guilty. Mr C. H. Mills appeared for defendant, and said that the case was a very unfortunate one, and most difficult to deal with.
