FIERCE DEBAH33 IN THE DUMA.
[PKESS ASSOCIATION.] (Received June 4, B.SO a.m.) ST. PETERSBURG, June 3. One hundred French Deputies, mostly Socialists, and fifty Senators have sent a memorial to the Duma in favour of restoring autonomy to Finland. One hundred and twenty-eight Italian Deputies have forwarded, a similar document.
A fierce debate has begun in' the Duma on. this question. ' ' •
